Sooooo good!

You will need:  

2 Handfuls of Kale

3 Apples

3 Stalks of Celery

2 Stems of Mint Leaves

Juice it all up and enjoy all its health benefits! : )
Kale: High in protein and vitamins A, C, K, immune system booster, detoxifies the liver and boosts metabolism
Apple: Boosts immunity, great source of Vitamin C, prevents tooth decay, lowers risk of diabetes
Celery: High amounts of Vitamin C makes it a great immune system booster, lowers blood pressure and lowers cholesterol
Mint: Eliminates toxins from the body, helps with digestion, promotes alertness
