Excited to start “Dry Skin Brushing”!!

It’s amazing what it can do for your skin and your entire body.

  • helps to stimulate the lymph system
  • helps the body release toxins
  • increases circulation
  • helps to improve skin renewal
  • helps with digestion
  • tones muscles
  • strengthens the immune system

How: Start from the bottom of your feet and work your way up using gentle, circular motions. Always brushing up towards the heart. It is best to do on dry skin and then apply moisturizer. Coconut oil is a great moisturizer and one of my faves!
